In the past, Smart Aging with Rebecca focused on the technical aspects of aging--preparing for retirement, home modifications for aging in place, Medicare, home health, long-term care, and so on. Important? Yes. A significant part of aging well? Yes.
But there's another component to aging, perhaps even larger and more important. Our inner selves.
Going forward, Smart Aging will be a blog-only site celebrating and questioning--our common humanity, our creativity, what gives us wings, what holds us down, our better selves and our darker sides--all the things that make us wiser and better than the day before.
